RRB ALP Admit Card Assistant Loco Pilot Call Letter Expected Date 2018

Railway recruitment board has invited online application form from eligible candidates for the post of assistant loco pilot and technicians . The starting salary will be Rs.19900/- plus other allowances. 26502 vacant seats are to be filled up by the eligible candidates. The exact date of examination has not been published but it is tentatively scheduled during april and may 2018. It is to be noted that candidates can download e-call letter from the RRBs official website about 10 days before the exam. Sms and email will be sent to all the eligible candidates about the e-call letter upload details.We will try to update more details as soon as possible.

SYLLABUS OF EXAM:

The recruitment process involves first stage CBT, second stage CBT, Computer based aptitude test .

First stage CBT will cover the subjects of mathematics, general intelligence and reasoning, general science and general awareness. The time allotted for the exam is 60 minutes and number of questions is 75.

Second stage CBT will have two parts viz. Part A and Part B.

Part A will cover the subjects of mathematics, general intelligence, basic science and engineering and general awareness . Exam will be conducted for 90 minutes and number of questions will be 100.

Part B will cover the subject of trade . The trade syllabus can be obtained from DGET website. Total number of questions are 75 and the exam time will be for 60 minutes. The qualifying marks for this exam is 35%.

The qualifying marks for computer based aptitude test is 42 marks.

Those candidates who are looking for eligibility criteria are mentioned below:

Applicant must be an Indian citizen or a refugee from Nepal, Bhutan or Tibet permanently settling in India.

Candidate must be between 18 to 28 years of age . There is 5 years relaxation for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD.

Candidates should have the technical qualification indicated for the notified posts which are provided in the RRB’s official website.

The application fees for general category candidates is Rs.500 and Rs.250 for SC/ST category candidates.If a candidate wants to make a minor change after final submission then that person will have to pay a sum of Rs.250.
